About The Role And Team

Senior Client Partners help our customers achieve their strategic objectives while driving value for CreateFuture. They focus on growth within existing clients, understanding their business and industry deeply, and building strong relationships at all levels. They are problem solvers, ask questions, listen, think, and advise, bringing insight and experience. They collaborate effectively and align teams around common goals. You will manage the full sales cycle and oversee a portfolio of accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders. Lead a portfolio of accounts to support strategic objectives and ensure services meet expectations and deliver value.
  • Organic Growth: Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to expand engagement and deepen relationships.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and lead strategic plans aligned with client goals. Identify risks, opportunities, and innovation areas, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Market and Industry Expertise: Stay informed about client trends, technologies, and the competitive landscape. Represent CreateFuture in the broader technical community.
We’d love to talk to you if you have:
  • Proven Experience: Account management, consultancy, or similar roles, with success managing accounts generating £5m+ annual revenue, growing relationships, and achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Client Service Excellence: Experience in professional services and digital product and technology delivery, working with senior stakeholders to deliver value and satisfaction.
  • Growth Mindset: Passion for digital products and technology, proactive relationship expansion, positive attitude, and ability to lead stakeholders through change.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical skills, able to identify opportunities, assess risks, and propose impactful solutions aligned with client and business needs.

This is a hybrid role. Candidates should be within commuting distance of Edinburgh, Leeds, Manchester, or London and be flexible to travel to client sites and regional offices. We trust you to manage your schedule to balance face-to-face interactions and remote work.
