Job summary

AWD online is seeking a Senior Client Services Administrator with Financial Services Industry Experience to support financial planners and clients in a hybrid Bedford-based role.

You will manage client records, respond to queries, organise meetings, and help junior staff while contributing to process improvements and delivering accurate service. The ideal candidate has prior experience in financial services, proficiency in Intelliflo and MS Office, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar financial services role is essential.
• Educated to at least A Levels with Maths and English GCSE grade B/5 or higher.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Intelliflo preferred.
• Ability to follow defined processes and work independently or in a team.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with financial planners and colleagues to provide administration support.
• Build and maintain client relationships and understand client needs.
• Handle client queries and escalate complex matters when needed.
• Organise client meetings for financial planners.
• Write templated letters to clients following advice or requests.
• Create and maintain accurate client records on Intelliflo.
• Liaise with product providers and other parties as required.
• Support junior team members and contribute to team meetings.
