Job summary

North Oak Recruitment in Leicester is seeking a Client Relationship Manager (Financial Services Administrator) to manage a portfolio of clients and support a Wealth Management Consultant. The role is office based with potential for hybrid working after qualification, with a salary of around £27,000 per year plus benefits.

You will work in a team of CRMs, handle meeting prep, notes and follow-ups, and ensure high standards of client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Understanding of financial services including investments, pensions and estate planning.

Responsibilities

• Support Wealth Management Consultants by handling client needs and coordinating meetings.
• Prepare for client meetings and take notes.
• Attend client meetings (on/off site) and follow up on action points.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email to update on progress.
• Research and collate information related to advice given to clients.
• Liaise with external providers for client queries.
• Request illustrations for new and existing business.
• Process new business in line with compliant procedures and policies.
• Update client records and electronic folders.
• Utilise cashflow modelling software to support wealth planning.
