Gallagher Benefit Services, part of Gallagher, seeks a Client Project Management Consultant Senior to drive delivery of Total Rewards technology. You’ll work with clients, technical teams and business partners to implement and enhance our Total Rewards platform. You’ll lead projects, guide teams, and ensure our solutions meet client needs.

You will lead projects, mentor teammates, and provide strategic insights while maintaining strong communication, data analysis, and client-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and interpreting metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
