Gallagher is seeking a Senior Client Project Management Consultant to drive delivery of our Total Rewards platform across client engagements. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and translate client needs into effective solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 6–8 years in project management, strong communication, data analysis skills, and a collaborative, client-focused mindset to ensure quality and on-time outcomes across global programs with local impact.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communicator.
• Skilled in critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
• Team player who can also work independently.
