Job summary

Search-Select LTD seeks a Senior Client Administrator to manage a portfolio of trusts, companies and wealth structures while providing technical support to the Client Services team. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure service excellence and regulatory compliance.

The role requires experience with TCSP or similar client portfolios, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive approach to revenue opportunities and governance.

Qualifications

• Five GCSEs (or equivalent) required.
• Pursuing a relevant professional qualification with CPD obligations.
• Experience in TCSP or similar client-portfolio role preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CCH Viewpoint and Laserfiche desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for a portfolio of trusts, companies and wealth structures with high service levels.
• Review WIP, collect fees promptly, and identify revenue opportunities.
• Liaise with clients to develop strategies aligned to goals.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and governance.
• Support team with guidance and collaboration to meet targets.
