About the role

The B-Hive is an in-house creative agency serving well-known brands in the beauty industry, including No7, Soap & Glory, Liz Earle, and Boots own brand. We combine external creative capabilities with the speed, flexibility, and brand knowledge of an in-house team, with extensive experience dedicated to Boots and No7 Beauty Company.

As a Senior Client Manager, you will be responsible for your account's success, managing daily operations and team development. Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you’ll manage your account like a business, develop relationships, onboard new clients, and participate in delivering high-profile campaigns.

You will support the Head of Client Services in driving team momentum, delivering quality work, and fostering growth. Collaborating with other Senior Client Managers, you'll oversee delivery and support strategic account development, identifying opportunities and providing creative solutions to ensure stakeholder and company success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for your clients, managing internal and external communications and ensuring the delivery of integrated campaigns.
  • Ensure client briefs are clear, aligned with business objectives, and collaboratively developed, producing inspiring creative briefs.
  • Partner with creative and production agencies, maintaining good communication and collaboration.
  • Manage scope of work, delegating tasks based on team skillsets.
  • Coordinate with Project Management to ensure campaigns run smoothly across channels and media partners.
  • Oversee financials, tracking scope, estimating, and managing project budgets.
  • Handle multiple deadlines, communicating issues and risks, and maintaining agency standards.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and signoffs, both virtual and in-person.
  • Ensure delivery excellence, proactively seeking opportunities and proposing solutions.
  • Continuously improve processes within your area and across the agency.
  • Support the Head of Client Services in growth initiatives and effectively communicate the agency’s offerings.
  • Lead by example, mentoring team members and fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and fun.

What you’ll need to have:

  • 5+ years as a Senior Account Manager or Junior Account Director in an agency or related creative environment.
  • Experience in line management and team development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including data reporting and storytelling.
  • Experience collaborating with media agencies and managing large media plans.
  • Strong project management skills, especially in delivering omni-channel creative assets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Numeracy skills for estimating fees and creating reports.
  • A passion for producing outstanding creative work.

Preferred additional experience:

  • Retail account experience.
  • Managing TV and Radio campaigns.

About No7 Beauty Company:

No7 Beauty Company comprises five iconic brands—No7, Liz Earle, Soap & Glory, Botanics, and Sleek MakeUP. We are committed to creating inclusive beauty products, driven by innovation, sustainability, and social responsibility. We promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within our team.

  • Enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave
  • Discretionary annual bonus
  • Employee discounts on brands and partners
  • Flexible benefits including holiday buying, gym discounts, life assurance, and activity passes
