ProTalent Limited is seeking a Senior Client Manager in Bexhill, East Sussex, offering a clear route to Associate Partner and Partner within a growing accountancy and advisory firm serving the South East. The role sits at the heart of the practice, working closely with the Managing Partner.

You'll manage a £200k–£250k fee portfolio, review accounts and tax work, supervise the team and seize advisory opportunities while guiding offshore colleagues and driving automation.

Qualificações

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent required.
• At least five years in practice with team supervision.
• Strong background in owner-managed accounts, personal and corporation tax.
• Comfortable with practice technology and AI tools.
• Experience with offshore teams is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of around £200k–£250k in fees and review tax work before sign-off.
• Take day-to-day client responsibility and support the Managing Partner.
• Oversee workflow, deadlines, WIP, billing and debtors.
• Identify advisory opportunities and connect clients with specialists.
• Meet prospective clients and prepare proposals and fee quotes.
• Supervise and develop the team, including trainees.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and promote automation/AI workflows.
