Senior Client Manager

Hybrid role based in London, requiring 3 days a week in the office.

This position is ideal for an experienced client leader who manages complex accounts, is fluent in digital performance, and is ready to shape strategy rather than just execute it. It offers a pathway towards a Head of Client Success/Delivery role.

You will join a growing, VC-backed scale-up operating at the intersection of flexible workspace, digital media, and local performance marketing. The client already partners with global brands like WeWork, delivering measurable commercial outcomes across thousands of locations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery and performance for a portfolio of major B2B clients, acting as the strategic link between data, delivery, and outcomes.
• Lead performance reporting and insights, transforming dashboards into strategic decisions and compelling narratives.
• Utilize tools such as Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, and media platforms (DSPs/DMPs) to optimize local campaigns.
• Manage senior client stakeholders confidently and collaborate with internal teams.
• Contribute to defining excellence in client success, shaping models, tools, and metrics for scalability.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in client success, delivery, or performance marketing, preferably in SaaS, adtech/martech, or tech-enabled agencies.
• Strong technical skills, comfortable with campaign data, analytics, and reporting workflows.
• Demonstrated leadership, managing client-facing teams and refining delivery functions.
• Calm under pressure, clear communicator, trusted by clients and colleagues.
• Aspiring to grow into a Head of role, with the capability and desire for advancement.

This role is not suitable for candidates who:

• Have purely sales-focused experience without a focus on martech or performance reporting.
• Are uncomfortable owning performance metrics or discussing data confidently with clients.
• Avoid client-facing situations involving pushback, expectation management, or commercial trade-offs.
• Require a large, structured team; this start-up environment is high-autonomy and hands-on.
