Job summary

Chambers and Partners is seeking a Senior Client Insights Lead to deliver advanced data and analytics insights to senior law firm leaders, shaping strategic decisions with clear narratives. You will lead engagements from onboarding to final presentation, translating complex datasets into tailored stories that highlight performance and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience turning data into actionable insights and narratives.
• Strong understanding of the legal market and leadership dynamics.
• Ability to tailor outputs to diverse client personas and audiences.
• Proven ability to brief and guide junior analysts.

Responsibilities

• Convert client requirements and goals into data-led insights.
• Undertake client onboarding and manage expectations about outputs.
• Develop report templates for a wide variety of personas and data volumes.
• Create bespoke analyses to ensure outputs meet client requirements.
• Brief in production requirements to junior analysts and provide feedback.
• Problem solve to provide value from data for the narrative.
• Design and write market-level reports that position Chambers data as thought leadership.
