DNA Recruit is seeking a Senior Business Director to lead commerce & shopper marketing client relationships in Central London. This hybrid role combines strategic client leadership with team development and new-business growth.

You will shape the agency's proposition, expand existing accounts, and nurture a high-performance culture while working three days a week in the studio. Salary ranges £65,000–£90,000 depending on experience.

• Experience leading and developing account teams.
