As a Senior Client Engagement Manager at LotusFlare, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of complex projects while building a trusted relationship with clients. Your role is to oversee a portfolio of LotusFlare’s customers, guiding the client and team members towards successful project execution and achievement of overall project goals. You will work directly with clients and take ownership of the overall project and its outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall implementation and delivery of digital solutions leveraging our SaaS platform and its integration within the clients’ technology landscape.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the delivery of technology programs in your accounts.
  • Work with LotusFlare’s product and engineering teams to enable the on-time and on-budget delivery of the programs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with third parties involved in solution delivery.
  • Drive project execution across all SDLC stages: scoping, design, testing, deployment, and handover.
  • Act as a key interface between the customer and LotusFlare teams including product, sales, engineering, support, and business.
  • Support project management activities, ensuring issues are documented and addressed.
  • Be part of a global delivery team, sharing experiences and developing project management practices.
  • Assist in product design and development.
  • Build and lead a team of client engagement managers serving our clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in complex program management, preferably in enterprise software implementations within the telecom sector.
  • Deep expertise in mobile and fixed telecommunications.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex digital solutions on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill data and make informed trade-offs.
  • Demonstrated leadership in an international team environment.
  • Initiative taker, eager to innovate, create opportunities, and learn quickly.
  • Excellent cross-organizational communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
