Job summary

Aurélien Online in London is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to join the flagship team in Knightsbridge. You will blend product expertise, emotional intelligence, and refined service to be a trusted ambassador for the Maison’s spirit of excellence.

In this role you will engage clients with tailored advice, develop a personal client portfolio, maintain meticulous CRM records, and translate craftsmanship into engaging storytelling across suede, cashmere, merino wool, and fine leather.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury retail.
• Existing client portfolio and proven clienteling record are strong advantages.
• Natural curiosity for people and materials.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Mandarin, Italian, or French) are a plus.
• Passion for refined style, craftsmanship, and long-term client relationships.

The Role
