Job summary

Aurélien London is seeking a Client Advisor to be the face of the Maison, delivering refined service with warmth, expertise and discretion across the collection. You will develop and maintain a personal client portfolio, offer styling guidance, manage CRM activities and assist with store presentation.

Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus, and a genuine passion for craftsmanship and Mediterranean lifestyle is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail.
• Existing portfolio of clients is a strong advantage.
• Deep understanding of high-end service and clienteling.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Mandarin, or Italian are an advantage.
• Strong interest in refined style, craftsmanship, and Mediterranean lifestyle.
