Job summary

Agricultural Recruitment Specialists is seeking an experienced Senior Client Advisor to join the commercial team in the UK. The role blends account management, business development and technical sales to grow established relationships and uncover new opportunities.

You will work closely with customers to understand their operations, propose suitable equipment and manage the sales process from start to finish, building strong long-term partnerships across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or technical sales environments.
• Ability to identify opportunities and develop long-term client relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of UK customers.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and generate new business.
• Visit customers to understand requirements and discuss equipment solutions.
• Deliver consultative sales advice and present demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations and proposals and collaborate with internal teams.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts and account plans.
