Job summary

UK Staffing Group Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in South Manchester. You will lead full turnkey projects in highly technical environments, taking them from initial concept through design to construction.

You’ll manage design teams, coordinate with clients, designers and contractors, and maintain a clear route to fixed-cost delivery while balancing programme and commercial considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects from concept through construction.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Background in cleanrooms/pharma/healthcare/semiconductor/microelectronics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through development stages from concept to construction.
• Coordinate design activity and lead design meetings with clients and teams.
• Oversee tendering and second-stage tender processes to fixed-cost delivery.
• Coordinate RFIs and ensure practical options are provided to clients.
• Maintain alignment of design, programme, and commercial goals throughout.
