Role Objective

Overall Objective of Role: Senior Claims & Underwriting Executives at ITIC are responsible for marketing, underwriting and claims handling for a portfolio of assureds within specific geographic areas. It is a unique role within the industry with a high degree of autonomy.

Main Responsibilities

• Underwriting: Manage existing assureds, provide new business and renewal quotes.
• Customer Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of ITIC’s customer base.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with assureds, insurance brokers, industry contacts and legal advisors.
• Representation: Represent ITIC at industry events worldwide, confidently network with peers.
• Marketing: Help create marketing, loss prevention and guidance materials. Give presentations and take part in webinars.
• Sales Development: Identify and develop new sales leads through various channels.
