Job summary

IPS Group in Leeds is seeking a Senior Claims Handler to join a growing complex claims team. You will manage high-value claims across PI, cyber, liability and medmal, working four days a week in the Leeds office with one day WFH.

You will take ownership of a diverse portfolio, assess liability and damages, and liaise with stakeholders. A strong background in construction-related claims and experience with high-value cases is preferred; a 17% bonus is available plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience handling complex claims in PI, cyber, liability, or medmal.
• Background in claims management, legal practice, or broking with relevant exposure.
• Strong ability to assess liability and damages.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage a sizable caseload.
