Industrial Disease Claims Handler

Location: Leeds / Bradford / Manchester - Hybrid

Circa £38,750 Basic + Bonus

IPS Group is working with a leading global professional services organisation to recruit several experienced Industrial Disease Claims Handlers to join their expanding Claims Management Team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop within a specialist environment handling complex, high-value claims.

The Role / Team:

You’ll manage your own caseload of complex industrial disease claims, taking ownership from start to finish. This includes policy investigations, liability assessments, and identifying recovery opportunities, with a proactive approach to reducing litigation and driving efficient outcomes. You’ll be joining an established and supportive team of experienced claims professionals, working collaboratively on shared goals while building deeper technical expertise. The environment is focused on quality, accuracy, and continuous development within a growing claims function.

Required Skills & Experience:

We’re keen to speak with individuals with a strong background in EL/PL claims, ideally with exposure to industrial disease work and a good understanding of legal processes and terminology. You should be confident in communicating with a range of stakeholders and demonstrate strong organisation and decision-making skills. Candidates from both insurance and legal backgrounds will be considered, including claimant and defendant experience.
