Do you have Product Liability Claims experience along with a strong background in Casualty Claims?

Our client based in London is looking for a Senior Claims Advocate to join the business and provide a quality claims service to all US Casualty, US H/C, and Life Science clients. The role also involves advisory and servicing responsibilities for both internal and external customers.

The role includes:

1. Managing and controlling complex US Casualty, US H/C, and Life Science claims.
2. Providing outstanding service and technical advice, expediting and negotiating the best claims settlements.
3. Contributing to business development through recommendations during marketing and renewal meetings.
4. Developing and fostering relationships with clients to attract new business and retain existing clients.
5. Providing leadership, guidance, managing team responsibilities, and being accountable for service delivery.
6. Monitoring team performance against service standards and taking remedial actions as needed.
7. Holding regular team meetings and acting as a focal point for market intelligence.
8. Participating in recruitment, promotions, and remuneration decisions for the team.
9. Ensuring all staff are trained, competent, and motivated.
10. Conducting regular appraisals in accordance with company guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience handling Product Liability and Casualty claims. Experience in Life Science is a plus. Candidates from broker, insurer, legal, or TPA backgrounds will be considered.
