Job summary

The Emerald Group Ltd, Search and Selection is seeking a Senior Claims Advocate – Warranty & Indemnity in London. The role combines strategy, process oversight and settlement of W&I and Financial Lines claims for major clients in a hybrid London environment.

You'll lead negotiations with clients, underwriters and experts, coordinate lawyers and loss adjusters, analyse claims data and drive settlements. The position requires strong negotiation, stakeholder management and deep W&I knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience handling W&I and Financial Lines claims from FNOL to resolution.
• Strong knowledge of W&I claims and Financial Lines.
• Confident in discussions with clients, underwriters, networks and experts.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
