Job summary

Aon is seeking an experienced W&I professional to manage and settlements for a portfolio of Financial Lines claims. You will lead notification, negotiation and settlement, liaise with markets and clients, and analyze claims history to spot trends and inform strategy.

The role is hybrid, with flexibility to work virtually and from our London office, offering broad career potential within a collaborative global team.

Qualifications

• Experience handling claims from first notification to resolution.
• Knowledge of W&I claims and ability to coordinate with networks, clients and underwriters.
• Experience with CLASS and ECF processing systems.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage notification, agreement, collection and settlement of a portfolio of Financial Lines claims.
• Negotiate and liaise with markets, clients, placement teams, specialists, network offices, underwriters and loss adjusters/lawyers.
• Conduct data analysis to establish claims history and identify trends for a client or portfolio.
• Negotiate payment and settlement of claims with clients and underwriters.
• Coordinate discussions and meetings to ensure clear communication among client, underwriter and representatives.
• Engage with Head of Financial Lines Advocacy to strategize contentious claims.
