Job summary

Teamforce Labour is seeking a Senior Civils Site Engineer for a permanent role in Acton. You will bring strong site experience and the ability to manage technical documentation, liaising with the site team and subcontractors.

You will ensure works comply with drawings and specifications, maintain robust site records, and provide technical guidance to the team while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Engineer/Senior Site Engineer in civils and construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction operations and site procedures.
• Experience producing RAMS, ITPs, RFIs and other technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good setting-out and surveying experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider site team.

Responsibilities

Teamforce Labour are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Civils Site Engineer to join our client on a permanent basis in Acton.

The successful candidate will have strong site experience, a solid understanding of construction operations and the ability to produce and manage technical documentation.

Role & Responsibilities

• Setting out and surveying works on site
• Working closely with the Site Manager and wider construction team
• Producing and reviewing RAMS, ITPs, RFIs and other project documentation
• Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and approved procedures
• Checking levels, dimensions and quality of completed works
• Maintaining accurate site records and engineering documentation
• Assisting with technical queries and resolving site issues
• Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and project management teams
• Monitoring construction activities and ensuring they are completed to the required standards
• Providing technical support and guidance to site teams
• Identifying potential issues and assisting with practical solutions
• Ensuring health, safety and quality requirements are maintained throughout the works

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer / Senior Site Engineer within civils and construction
• Strong knowledge of construction operations and site procedures
• Experience producing RAMS, ITPs, RFIs and other technical documentation
