Job summary

Arup in Glasgow seeks Civil Structural Engineers at multiple grades to support the Energy Water & Resources team. You will contribute to multi-disciplinary renewable energy, water and maritime projects across the full lifecycle, from feasibility through to construction, while growing technically and professionally within a collaborative, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering (BEng/MEng/MSc).
• Chartered or working towards Chartership (ICE/MIStructE or equivalent).
• Experience in structural analysis and design.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project work across full lifecycle from feasibility to detailed design and construction support.
• Undertake complex structural analysis across aggressive environments and non-standard loads.
• Produce and review structural designs, calculations, reports, drawings and digital models.
• Coordinate with civil, MEP and geotechnical disciplines for integrated solutions.
• Lead technical delivery with high standards of quality, safety and engineering excellence.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and contribute to day-to-day development.
