Job description

Are you an innovative senior civil or structural engineer or consultant capable of agile, lateral thinking, and eager to apply and develop technical leadership and engineering management skills on exciting projects?

Do you want to enhance your career in a niche industry, leveraging your experience in structural design, assessment, finite element analysis, technical report writing, and client engagement?

We seek full-time senior civil and structural engineers to join our growing team in Epsom, supporting new build nuclear projects including Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C, SMRs, and future fusion reactor technologies. You will build strong relationships, reinforce your technical skills, and apply your management expertise to deliver outstanding results. You will work a minimum of 3 days per week from an office or client site.

Your Purpose:

Relevant experience in civil-structural design and analysis (steelwork and reinforced concrete), research and development, project engineering, or design consultancy is beneficial but not mandatory. Other key skills include project coordination across disciplines, leading and reviewing structural design, working in regulated environments like nuclear, power, or rail, client collaboration, bid writing, and staff management.
