Job summary

VolkerFitzpatrick, part of VolkerWessels UK, is recruiting a Senior Planner for civil works in the Cockfosters area of London. You will provide planning support to the Project Lead, ensure tender and contract requirements are understood for planning, and oversee plans reflecting the technical scope.

Ideal candidates have proven project planning experience, knowledge of Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject, and familiarity with NEC/JCT contracts in civils, aviation or highways projects, plus a UK

Qualifications

• Proven project planning experience on civil projects.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject.
• Experience with NEC/JCT contracts.
• Experience on civils, aviation or highways projects.
• Degree qualified (or equivalent).
• Valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Providing project planning support to the Project Lead and their teams.
• Ensuring that tender and contractual requirements are understood and complied with in relation to project planning and progress planning.
• Ensuring that project plans for assigned contracts reflect the technical scope of works.
• Monitoring progress and identifying risks early, with proactive solutions.
• Providing expert planning advice across multiple projects.
