Job summary

Tier One Recruitment is seeking experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to lead the delivery of complex civil construction packages in the East of England. This is a high-profile role within a major infrastructure programme requiring hands-on leadership and excellent stakeholder management.

The successful candidate will manage large project teams, interfaces with contractors, and ensure delivery is safe, on time and within scope across planning, construction and delivery stages.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager on major civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong contractor-side delivery background.
• Proven experience managing complex construction packages.
• Ability to lead large project teams and contractor interfaces.
• Strong understanding of programme management and project controls.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of major construction packages from mobilisation through to completion.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and key project stakeholders.
• Drive programme, cost, safety and quality outcomes.
• Coordinate engineering, commercial and construction functions.
• Manage construction sequencing, logistics and interface risks.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements.
• Support procurement, planning and delivery strategy activities.
• Provide leadership across multidisciplinary project teams.
