Job summary

Mattinson Partnership in Leeds is seeking an experienced Civil Infrastructure Engineer at Senior, Principal or Associate level to join a leading multidisciplinary consultancy. You will work on high-profile, technically challenging projects across the UK and internationally, from major developments and infrastructure schemes through to large-scale city planning.

You’ll combine technical leadership, project delivery and team management while helping shape innovative, sustainable infrastructure

Qualifications

• Strong experience in civil infrastructure design and delivery.
• Expertise in highways, utilities or sustainable drainage.
• Proven multidisciplinary project and team leadership experience.
• Strong client-facing, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MicroDrainage.
• Commercial awareness and a track record of project delivery.
• ICE/CEng membership is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects from concept to construction.
• Provide technical leadership across highways, utilities and/or SuDS.
• Manage project resources, programmes and financial performance.
• Lead, mentor and develop engineers within the team.
• Review designs, reports, specifications and deliverables.
• Work directly with clients and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Support bids, proposals and business development.
• Champion innovation, sustainability and lower-carbon design.
