Job summary

Matchtech is seeking an Associate/Principal Civil Infrastructure Engineer in the UK, with a leadership role across a broad portfolio of development and infrastructure projects. The role combines technical delivery with team mentorship and client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Significant UK civil engineering design experience in a consultancy environment.
• Experience delivering projects of varying scales, complexities and sectors.
• Chartered Engineer status preferred (CEng MICE, CMIHT or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a diverse portfolio of civil engineering projects across varying scales and sectors.
• Mentor and manage a team of engineers and technicians.
• Lead key client accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Contribute to business growth through effective project delivery and client management.
• Monitor and achieve team and project KPIs.
• Support Directors with strategic planning, resource management and business development.
• Provide technical oversight and quality assurance across project outputs.
