Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Chartered or working toward Chartered status (IEng/CEng).
• Minimum 5+ years in civil design and project delivery.
• Experience with highway and drainage infrastructure projects and client-facing duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead from concept to detail design, tender, and on-site supervision.
• Ensure design work meets quality standards and conduct in-house design reviews.
• Define client briefs, technical requirements, and deliverables with scope and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, variations, and financials.
• Implement QA systems across projects and coordinate design teams.
• Maintain client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Support bids and proposals with financial planning and contracts awareness.
