Ernest Gordon Recruitment seeks a Senior Civil Engineer in Manchester with clear progression to Associate/Principal roles. You will lead complex civil projects, from concept to delivery, in a specialist consultancy with funded chartership and ongoing training.

The role offers hybrid working, a salary of £55,000–£65,000 plus £77k OTE, and a company bonus. You will oversee major infrastructure, rail and transport, and building projects across the UK.

Qualifications

• UK site experience
• Civil Engineer with progression to Principal potential
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or buildings projects

Responsibilities

• Develop designs and drawings within AutoCAD, Tekla and Revit
• Prepare documents and reports
• Assist with junior guidance and project delivery
• Occasional travel opportunities to visit client sites
• 37.5 hours per week, hybrid work
