Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer in Birmingham to lead complex civil projects from concept to completion. You will develop designs using AutoCAD, Tekla, and Revit, prep calculations, and coordinate with internal teams and clients.

The role offers hybrid working, training towards a funded Chartership, and a generous package with a £55k-£65k salary plus £77k OTE, plus a company bonus and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Senior civil engineer with leadership and delivery responsibility.
• Experience on UK sites and complex civil projects.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and liaise with clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop designs and drawings using AutoCAD, Tekla and Revit.
• Prepare documents and reports to support project delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers on project execution.
• Occasional site visits to clients and sites.
