Job summary

Arup is seeking mid and senior Civil Engineers to join our Birmingham and Nottingham teams. You will lead projects, deliver high-quality civil solutions and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to shape sustainable infrastructure.

We value collaboration, technical excellence and a proactive approach to coaching others. A Chartered pathway is supported, with CAD tools and design software widely used across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering civil engineering solutions.
• Strong knowledge of design standards, legislation and guidance.
• Understanding of statutory planning and technical approvals.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects, workstreams or teams with effective planning and coordination.
• Deliver innovative civil engineering solutions across sectors.
• Coach and mentor colleagues to develop their potential.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
