Arup in Birmingham invites driven graduates to join our Transport team and help shape the future of sustainable mobility. You’ll support projects from active travel to major highway schemes, working with Engineers and Planners to deliver real outcomes.

Starting 1 September 2027, you’ll gain hands-on design experience using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, with a collaborative environment and opportunities to grow within a global consultancy.

Qualifications

• Working towards a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Design Standards.
• Core attributes include passion for sustainable development, innovative thinking, growth mindset and adaptability.
