Bouygues Travaux Publics is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead a site team on major civil works at Hinkley Point C in Somerset. You will coordinate between site needs, suppliers, and designers, ensuring safe methods and right-first-time delivery.

The role requires experience in temporary works supervision/co-ordination and a strong focus on quality, safety, and productivity in a large-scale construction environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant years of civil engineering experience in large or complex projects.
• Experience managing people in project environments.
• Experience as Temporary Works Supervisor/Coordinator (TWS/TWC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering team on building projects, ensuring right-first-time delivery.
• Coordinate site operations with safety and quality adherence.
• Manage design briefs, RFIs, and change control with designers and procurement.
