Job summary

Carmichael UK is seeking a Senior Engineer for a major civil engineering project at Heathrow Airport. The role requires moving beyond setting out to lead other engineers, coordinate works, and ensure clear information flow between day and night shifts.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with site management and subcontractors, and uphold QA standards to deliver works safely and on schedule within a Tier 1 contractor environment.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading other engineers and coordinating works.
• Experience on major infrastructure projects with a Tier 1 contractor.
• Strong communication across shifts and teams.
