Job summary

Strata Consulting is seeking a Civil Engineer or Senior Civil Engineer for a genuinely fully remote role. You will work on major infrastructure projects across Ireland, delivering designs from planning through to construction as part of a remote team.

The position requires hands-on design experience in drainage and highways, with tools such as AutoCAD, Site3D and Causeway Flow. Civil 3D or drainage software familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in development infrastructure, drainage and highways design.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Site3D and Causeway Flow.
• Civil 3D, InfoDrainage or MicroDrainage experience would be beneficial.

Location: Fully Remote - UK
Civil Engineer: circa £45,000 - £54,000 + package
Senior Civil Engineer: circa £55,000 - £60,000 + package
Projects: Major developments across Ireland

Are you a Civil Engineer or Senior Civil Engineer looking for a genuinely fully remote position?

We are working with a well-established, award-winning multidisciplinary engineering consultancy looking to strengthen its Civil Infrastructure team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work 100% remotely, delivering a varied portfolio of major projects across Ireland.

The Role

You’ll be involved in:

• Drainage and civil infrastructure design
• SuDS and drainage strategies
• Foul and surface water drainage
• Roads, highways and access design
• Earthworks, levels and external works
• Projects from planning through to detailed design and construction
• Working alongside clients, architects and multidisciplinary design teams
• Mentoring and supporting junior engineers at Senior level

What We're Looking For:

We're keen to speak with engineers who have experience within development infrastructure, drainage and highways design.

You should have good working experience with:

• AutoCAD
• Site3D
• Causeway Flow

Experience with Civil 3D, InfoDrainage or MicroDrainage would also be beneficial.

Civil Engineer - circa £45,000-£54,000

You'll have strong hands-on design experience and be comfortable delivering infrastructure designs independently as part of a remote team.

Senior Civil Engineer - circa £55,000-£60,000

You'll have strong technical experience and be capable of taking responsibility for the design and delivery of civil engineering projects.
