Blackwell Earthmoving Limited is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead earthworks activities on major infrastructure projects in the UK. You will oversee planning, coordination, and QA to ensure safety, efficiency and high-quality delivery on site.

Join a team delivering large-scale earthworks for nationally significant schemes and support near-term planning while guiding site teams and resolving technical challenges.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in civil engineering, with earthworks focus.
• Proficiency in site surveying, quality assurance, and modern construction methods.
• Eligible for ICE membership as a graduate and progressing towards IEng status.

Responsibilities

• Lead earthworks activities ensuring safety, efficiency and quality.
• Oversee planning, coordination and progress tracking on site.
• Review drawings, specs and works information with the Foreman.
• Prepare and maintain RAMS, ITPs, and checklists.
