Job summary

Stantec is seeking Civil Engineers across various levels to join a growing UK water team. The role involves designing and delivering detailed solutions for Design & Build water projects, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, quality and technical standards.

You will contribute across all stages of delivery within a contractor-led environment. Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree and may be Incorporated or Chartered.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Incorporated or Chartered member of a relevant engineering institution (e.g., ICE, CIWEM) preferred.
• Experience developing detailed designs and delivering technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical solutions and detailed designs.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering technical growth.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Team Leaders to meet cost, schedule, quality and technical standards.
• Provide expert input across all stages of project delivery to align with client and Stantec expectations.
