Ernest Gordon Recruitment in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead design and client liaison across a spectrum of civil infrastructure projects.

You will manage drawings, calculations and design documents, conduct site visits, and coordinate engineers and technicians, with hybrid working and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• MEng in Civil Engineering required.
• Experience using design software on civil infrastructure projects.
• Willing to commute to Birmingham.

Responsibilities

Senior Civil Engineer (Civil Infrastructure)

Are you a Senior Civil Engineer looking to take the next step towards Principal or Associate level looking to join a respected multi-disciplinary Civil & Structural Engineering consultancy where you'll have the autonomy to lead projects, develop client relationships and shape your long-term career?

This Civil and Structural design specialist work across a range of sectors including Logistics & Manufacturing, Development Infrastructure and Residential. Working with clients such as Savills, CBRE and Mclaren, this design expert has seen continued growth and are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join their new office.

In this role you will be mainly based at the office with rare nationwide site visits. You will be managing projects, liaising with clients and other departments and taking full technical ownership of your drawings, calculations and design documents. You will also be responsible for preparing and reviewing project briefs and fee proposals to allocate resources and project delivery.

This role would suit Senior Civil Engineer looking to join an established Civil and Structural design company with ICE approved development schemes and a vast array of projects.

The Role:
