The Opportunity

We are seeking a technically strong, proactive, and motivated Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Winchester. You will lead project delivery, utilizing design skills such as flood advice, drainage, highways, street design, pavements, earthworks, and utilities.

Is this role right for you?

Applicants should be working towards or have achieved a relevant professional qualification, preferably with an MEng or Civil Engineering degree. You should demonstrate strong technical experience in areas such as flood risk, drainage, sustainable drainage, earthworks, pavements, utilities, street design, constraints mapping, and infrastructure master planning.

We seek candidates with skills and experience in:

• Planning and statutory approval processes
• Commercial knowledge, including fee proposals and monitoring
• Workload planning
• Mentoring and teaching
• High-quality report and specification writing
• Contract knowledge, such as NEC or similar
