About The Business Unit

The Energy unit provides services across sectors like hydropower, nuclear, waste, renewable energy, and transmission & distribution. We support the energy transition globally through integrated project management from conception to decommissioning.

About The Role

We are recruiting Senior Civil Engineers for our Nuclear, Civil, and Defence division to work on diverse projects including nuclear, defence, and other energy and infrastructure initiatives. This role offers the chance to contribute to innovative projects and collaborate with local and international teams.

Responsibilities

1. Manage all project stages from feasibility to commissioning.
2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver infrastructure solutions.
3. Lead or review civil engineering design works.
4. Prepare specifications for civil engineering aspects.
5. Conduct civil inspections and prepare detailed reports.
6. Advise clients to ensure optimal solutions.
7. Visit sites and client offices as needed.
8. Ensure client satisfaction and develop new opportunities.
9. Develop project schedules, budgets, and reports.
10. Assist with project management tasks.
11. Mentor and develop staff.

Requirements

1. Chartered status or significant progress towards it.
2. Experience in the Energy Sector or similar industries is advantageous.
3. Strong communication skills for teamwork and client interaction.
4. Proven ability to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
