Job description

My client is currently seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer to join a well-established consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering infrastructure, drainage, and development engineering projects across the UK. Requirements:
7+ years' experience in Civil Engineering
Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D (essential)
Strong background in drainage design and development infrastructure
Working towards or already Chartered (ICE or IStructE)
Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior staff

Duties:
Lead and manage the delivery of civil engineering projects from concept to completion
Develop detailed drainage and infrastructure designs using Civil 3D and MicroDrainage
Support the professional development of team members through mentoring and performance reviews
Attend client meetings, providing technical guidance and ensuring project alignment
Promote best practice in quality, sustainability, and health & safety
