Job summary

Bennet And Game Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join a dynamic civil and structural engineering consultancy in Hemel Hempstead. You will contribute to an expanding portfolio and benefit from hybrid working, training opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include site appraisals, pre-application planning support, prep of pre-planning reports, and developing detailed construction-phase designs.

Qualifications

• BSc or BEng in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years' post-qualification experience in civil engineering design.
• Proficiency in FLOW drainage modelling software and Civil 3D.
• Working towards Chartership with a recognized institution.
• Expertise in infrastructure, highways, and drainage design for multidisciplinary projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept through to construction.
• Experience with adoption agreements for roads and drainage.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software packages.
• Strong communication skills, with experience liaising with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
