Operating primarily across the Southwest, they provide professional, bespoke consultancy services for a range of interesting small and mid-sized residential and commercial projects. The consultancy is well-positioned to select clients and offer a personalized experience. The successful applicant will be based in their modern Plymouth office, which includes an onsite gym, ample parking, and nearby amenities.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will manage a diverse project portfolio from feasibility and planning stages through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Liaising with the wider design team to produce required deliverables
2. Producing designs, drawings, and reports using relevant software
3. Communicating effectively with clients throughout the project
4. Maintaining company standards of quality and consistency
5. Managing and designing residential and commercial projects

Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience
• Residential project experience is desirable
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Tekla
• Experience with Revit, Site3D, or Flow is desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication and IT skills
• Strong report writing and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
