Job summary

Granite Recruitment Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Design Engineer to lead the civil design of water and wastewater infrastructure across major schemes. You will drive projects from feasibility through detailed design to construction, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and clients to ensure delivery on time and to specification.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering water and/or wastewater treatment projects.
• Strong understanding of UK water industry standards and design practices.
• Experience with drainage, earthworks, pipelines, pumping stations and treatment facilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or working toward chartership is advantageous.

About the Opportunity

Are you an experienced Senior Civil Design Engineer looking to play a key role in delivering some of the UK's most important water and wastewater infrastructure projects?

We are working with a leading engineering consultancy seeking a talented engineer to support the design and delivery of major water treatment, wastewater treatment, pumping station, pipeline, and network improvement schemes across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team at the forefront of infrastructure investment and sustainable water solutions.

You'll be involved in projects from concept and feasibility through to detailed design and construction, working alongside multidisciplinary teams and helping to shape the future of the UK's water sector.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the civil design of water and wastewater infrastructure projects
