Job summary

Code Resources LTD in Manchester is seeking a Senior Civil Design Engineer to lead multidisciplinary civil schemes and coordinate design deliverables. The role focuses on highways, drainage, flood risk assessments and earthworks, with hybrid working 2–3 days from home.

The candidate should have experience in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, strong communication with statutory bodies, and proficiency with Civil 3D, Infodrainage, and related software.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering design and project coordination experience.
• Experience on highways, drainage and related infrastructure.
• Experience with S278/S38/Water Industry Act agreements.
• Excellent communication with statutory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams on multidisciplinary civil schemes.
• Produce Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies.
• Create earthworks cut and fill assessments.
• Develop designs from concept to completion (calculations, drawings, specs).
