Job Title: Senior Citrix Consultant - Insurance

Location: Hybrid - Home / London City 1 day per week

Salary: to £90,000 plus bonus 10-15% annually.

Are you an experienced Citrix Consultant with expertise in delivering large-scale VDI solutions and supporting complex environments? We're looking for a Senior Citrix Consultant to join our dynamic team and work on projects involving Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (VDI), Citrix PVS, and a comprehensive set of modern enterprise tools to support 4,000 users and 800 servers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of Citrix VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) solutions, ensuring seamless experiences for 4,000 users across 800 servers.
• Manage and optimize Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) for fast, efficient, and scalable desktop delivery in enterprise environments.
• Ensure Citrix infrastructure is security-compliant, with expertise in CE Plus, to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate on deploying and managing Microsoft 365 and Intune, integrating with Citrix environments to deliver a seamless end-user experience.
• Configure, deploy, and support FSLogix for profile management to ensure a consistent and personalized experience for end-users.
• Implement and manage Ivanti/AppSense for endpoint management, ensuring security, compliance, and user customization across devices.
• Utilize CyberArk EPM (Endpoint Privilege Management) to enforce least-privilege access policies and improve endpoint security.
• Monitor and optimize the Citrix environment with ControlUP, troubleshooting and ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
• Support cloud infrastructure, including AWS and Azure, to integrate Citrix solutions with modern cloud platforms and ensure seamless hybrid work environments.
• Conduct Citrix VPX (Virtual Appliances) and SDX/VPX upgrades, patching, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Manage Citrix SSL configurations, ensuring secure communication and compliance across Citrix infrastructure.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting, including root cause analysis for complex issues across the Citrix stack.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in implementing and supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (VDI) environments with 4,000+ users and 800 servers.
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS), Citrix VPX, and SDX platforms.
• Strong understanding of Citrix security compliance, including CE Plus certifications and ensuring secure access policies.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, and integration with Citrix environments for enhanced user productivity and management.
• Advanced experience with FSLogix for user profile management in a Citrix or VDI environment.
• Expertise in Ivanti/AppSense for enterprise endpoint management and user configuration.
• Familiarity with CyberArk EPM for securing and managing privileged access on endpoints.
• Strong experience with ControlUP for monitoring and troubleshooting Citrix environments to ensure optimal performance.
• Experience working with cloud environments like AWS and Azure to integrate Citrix solutions.
• Knowledge of Citrix SSL, ensuring secure remote access for end-users.
• Expertise in Citrix SDX/VPX upgrades, patching, and maintenance to ensure a resilient and up-to-date environment.
• Ability to manage and troubleshoot complex issues in large-scale Citrix deployments.
• Citrix Certified Expert (CCE-V), Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA-V), or equivalent certifications are preferred.
