Arm in Cambridge is seeking a Senior System / Infrastructure Engineer to own and enhance on-prem Linux and CI infrastructure for CPU development. You will improve build systems, automate deployment, and collaborate across teams to raise product quality.

The role emphasizes strong scripting, Linux troubleshooting, and experience with DVCS. A hybrid work model with office and remote work is offered to fit personal circumstances.

Qualifications

• Strong software development skills in Python (preferred) or another scripting language; ability to design maintainable services/tools (tests, code review, packaging).
• Linux based systems experience, including hands-on troubleshooting performance, storage, filesystem, and process-level issues on long-lived on-prem systems.
• Distributed Version Control Systems and collaboration (git or similar).
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well collaboratively in a team, to guide and promote good working practices.
