Senior Children's Residential Support Worker (21727) Sudbury, England

Salary: GBP32000 - GBP36000 per annum + DOE

Opus People Solutions are seeking a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker in Sudbury.

Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and maintain clear boundaries to ensure a safe, secure, and nurturing environment where young people can thrive.
  2. Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of professionalism and adherence to policies.
  3. Provide emotional and social support, helping young people build meaningful relationships and engage with the local community.
  4. Assist the Registered Manager & Deputy Manager, and cover their duties when required.
